Exclusive Long Beach area screening of the film, The Manzanar Fishing Club, a story of Japanese-American internment during WW2 through the eyes of those who defied the armed guards, barbed wire and searchlights to fish for trout in the surrounding waters of the Eastern Sierra.

Special appearance by the filmmaker and screenwriter with a discussion and reception to follow the screening.

*Main Library parking is available in the structure at the corner of Broadway and Chestnut. With library validation, parking is free for the first 30 minutes and is $1.75 for 2 hours. Maximum parking cost is $10.
