Please join the JASSC, JANM and JETAA for a special joint program and reception designed by young professionals, for young professionals.

To kick off the evening, Dr. William Farrell will give a brief and humorous presentation on the history of US-Japan relations through the examination of woodblock prints, postcards (the internet of the 1890’s), and contemporary political cartoons.  Dr. Farrell is a past executive director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan and past chairman of the National Association of Japan America Societies.  A Young Professionals networking reception will follow Dr. Farrell’s presentation.
