Celebrate Setsubun (The day before the beginning of spring) by learning how to make special sushi, Eho-maki!

Setsubun's tradition is to throw soybeans to chase out demons and eat sushi in the traditional way to bring in good fortune.

Learn Japanese vocabulary and basic expressions as well as Japanese food culture and table manners, while making sushi through the instruction of a professional chef of Sushi Chef Institute. No prior Japanese learning experience necessary!

Age: 18 years old & up

Fee: $35 per person

  • Eho-maki (Special roll for Setsubun)
  • Mini Eho-maki 
  • Temari sushi
  • Nigiri sushi
