The Thousand Cranes Project (TTCP) is going to host a one year commemorative charity fundraising event to benefit the victims of the Japan earthquake and tsunami. 

This event is hosted by the Japanese Culture Club of University High School in Irvine, California, and will take place in the school parking lot.

The goal of TTCP is to raise funds for the children who have been orphaned after the March 11, 2011, earthquake and tsunami.
