This webinar will discuss the process of selecting a customs broker and then managing the relationship with the broker after selection. The session will start with the source selection process, then cover contracts and powers of attorney. Maintaining a good working relationship with a customs broker is critical to operations; thus the webinar will highlight information sharing with the broker and methods to mutually improve performance and compliance.

About the instructor: Before joining Braumiller Schultz, Mr. Leeds was a trade control specialist for Boeing and Senior Import Specialist for the US Customs and Border Protection. He holds a customs broker license and certified customs specialist certification.
